Well, hiring a full-time web developer can be a costly investment. Senior-level developers can earn salaries upwards of $100,000 per year, plus benefits. Additionally, finding the right fit for your team and project can be a challenge. With a monthly plan, you can have access to a team of experienced developers without the expense and hassle of hiring full-time staff. Plus, you have the flexibility to adjust your subscription as your needs change, allowing you to stay within budget and avoid paying for idle time.

Absolutely! When you subscribe, you have the freedom to submit as many development requests as you need, and they will be tackled one by one in the order they are received.

Simple tasks are usually completed within 48 to 72 hours, but more complex requests may require additional time. Don't worry, we will notify you of any expected deadlines and align them with your team's needs.

We aim to prevent any issues with your website, but if it does get hacked, we'll work with your web hosting company to resolve it. While we can't promise it won't happen, we'll do our best to prevent it and restore your website using our backups.

Once you've selected the plan that fits your website needs, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to securely share your WP admin and FTP login credentials with us. We take the time to optimize your core files, themes, and plugins to ensure everything is working correctly and that your site remains safe and secure. During this process, we'll perform any necessary updates and tests. Additionally, you'll receive a link to schedule an onboarding video call with one of our support engineers who will guide you through the entire process.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the work until you're 100% satisfied.

To stay in touch with us, if you're on the Starter plan, you can use your project management dashboard to make requests and comments, and we'll be available to you via email.
